"Fortuna" directed by Germinal Roaux wins two awards in the 14plus category of the Generation section at the Berlinale 2018: the Crystal Bear for the Best Film, awarded by the Youth Jury, as well as the Grand Prix of the International Jury!

Un Juif pour l'exemple: Swiss Film Award for Bruno Ganz

On Friday 24th March the Swiss Film Awards 2017 took place in Geneva.
For his portrayal of Arthur Bloch in the film "Un Juif pour l'exemple", Bruno Ganz received the Best Actor Award. Furthermore, he was awarded with the Honorary Award.

The award ceremony on 24 March, in the presence of Federal Councillor Alain Berset, takes place for the third time at the Bâtiment des Forces Motrices in Geneva. In the week surrounding the Swiss Film Award ceremony (20–26 March 2017) two cinemas in Zurich and Geneva will offer the general public the opportunity to watch the films nominated for an award and talk directly to film-makers about their work.
Around 350 members of the Swiss Film Academy watched and rated the 98 films entered in the 12 Swiss Film Award categories. The results of the anonymous vote serve as a recommendation for the Swiss Film Award jury, whose task it is to select the final nominees.
